Statement of Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides varied learning experiences in the area of specialization in and out of the PSHS for the full development of capabilities and potentials of individual students:
a. conduct formal classroom and/or laboratory work;
b. prepares instructional materials, tests, and activities to facilitate teaching learning process;
c. plans and prepares co-curricular and extracurricular activities supplement classroom experience;
d. records and safe keeps student’s performance;
e. conducts remedial classes as needed;
- Monitors student’s behaviors and activities in and outside the classroom:
a. conducts conference with students and parents as the need arises;
b. consults with other faculty members, guidance counselors on problems related to students’ academic performance and behavior;
c. supervising students during flag ceremonies, programs, and other school activities;
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time, such as:
a. Participate in community projects;
b. Provides consultancy services in seminars or workshop along line of specialization;
- Complies and submit reports/inputs as needed such as DTR, test questions, grade sheets, accomplishment reports, syllabi, action plans, clearance and/or liquidation of travel/expenses;
- Adheres to professional development policies/programs on trainings, seminars attended and books and journals read;
6. Implements intervention programs such as advisory, counseling, mentoring, and/or consultation.

Qualification Standard: Bachelor’s degree major in subject in which the faculty is assigned to
teach or any other field closely related to it, fifty-six (56) hours of relevant training and four (4) years related experience in the field of specialization.
