INVITATION TO BID
The Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:
Name of Project : SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF TECHNICAL AND SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR THE VARIOUS LABORATORIES OF PSHS CLC
Location : Lily Hill, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php 25,360,000.00
Details of the ABC are as follows:
Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, in the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on February 16, 2018 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB.
The HOPE reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
