Venue / Function Hall Schedule:
First Day – 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Second Day – 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Third Day – 8:00 am to 12:00 nn

Accommodation Schedule:
Check in: May 29, 2019 2:00 pm or earlier
Check out: May 31, 2019 12:00 nn or later
Good for 90 pax
Separate Beds per Pax
Room either single occupancy, twin sharing, or triple sharing (separate beds per pax)

Meals Schedule:
First Day – Lunch, PM Snacks, and Dinner
Second Day – Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, Dinner
Third Day - Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch

Proponent must be within the province of Aurora, Region 3
Proponent must be familiar with government terms
