Philippine Science High School - Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC) wishes to invite proponent for the procurement for the provision of Regular Air-conditioning Units Preventive Maintenance for PSHS-CLC with ABC of Four Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos Only in words and Php 473,320.00 in figure.

Scope of Works:
A. Monthly preventive maintenance of air-conditioning units
1. Monthly check-up of air-conditioning units
2. Monthly cleaning of filter cover
3. Check whole system cooling performance
4. Check drain line possible clogging
5. Observe operation
B. Quarterly preventive maintenance of air-conditioning units
1. General cleaning of air-conditioning units
2. General cleaning of evaporator and condensing units
3. General check-up all units and recommended repair and replace defective parts (parts will be quote and transact separately)
4. Observe operation and check ampere reading
5. Check selector switch, thermostat control and magnetic contractors

WINDOW TYPE 4 UNITS
SPLIT TYPE 61 UNITS
CASSETTE TYPE 6 UNITS
FLOOR MOUNTED 6 UNITS

Proponent must conduct site inspection before submitting final quotation
Proponent must provide all necessary tools and equipment during the service
Proponent must be familiar with CDC entry/exit pass policy
Contract will be based on the remaining months of FY 2019
