Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC) wishes to invite proponent for the procurement for the provision of venue with meals for PSHS-CLC Seminar on September 2016 event

Details:
Tentative date will be September 19 & 20, 2016, 8am – 5pm
Fully Air Condition Venue good for 70pax
With meals (1 breakfast, 2 AM snacks, 2 lunch, 2 PM Snacks)
Seminar Type set up of chairs & Tables
With Projector Screen
With Sound system
Other auxiliary equipment for seminar
Free flowing coffee and drinking water
With accommodation for guest speakers and support staff for 2 nights
1 unit single room with breakfast
2 units twin sharing rooms with breakfast
