The PSHS-Central Luzon Campus Management Committee is now inviting bid tenders who are willing to operate the canteen and offer its services for the school year 2015-2016 (10 months contract).

The winning bidder shall construct the canteen on a 3.5m diameter, pentagon design (cabana type/design) and made of wood.

The baseline for the monthly rental is Php 12,000 which is inclusive of rental of space, electricity and water utility. Note that cooking is NOT allowed inside the school premises.

The allowable equipment are as follows:

1 Small refrigerator

2 electric fans

1 microwave

Provision of tables and chairs

The operating hours shall be from 6 AM to 8 PM and the meal that shall be served are breakfast, lunch and dinner excluding beverages and drinks.

Interested bidders are required to submit the following:

1)      Letter of Intent

2)      Company Profile/Background

3)      Operation Structure

4)      Certificate of Environmental Compliance from CDC

5)      Business Permit, Mayor’s Permit, TIN

6)      Sanitary Permit and Health Permit

7)      Meal Plan with price (preferably budget price worth P 50.00 per meal)

The highest rated bid shall be awarded.
