Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC) wishes to invite proponent for the Procurement for the Provision of Preventive Maintenance Services (Check-up and Services) of Electrical Power Generator Set of PSHS-CLC for CY 2021 (GSU-2021-31) with ABC of Fifty Six Thousand Pesos only in words and Php 56,000.00 in figures.

1 Lot Preventive Maintenance check-up and change oil service of the 300KVA IVECO Cursor 9 TE1 Genset
Scope of Services:
1. Mobilization and demobilization
2. Provide vehicle and one servicing technician to conduct service.
3. Rectify minor problems that can be repaired on site.
4. Recommend for whatever parts that will be found defective.
5. Provide Service Report as proof of service completion.

1 Lot Check-up for preventive maintenance of the 300KVA IVECO Cursor 9 TE1 Genset for the second half of C.Y. 2021
Delivery: After 6 months of First Check-up
Scope of Services:
1. Inspection of air filter for replacement if needed
2. Inspection of Radiator for possible leaks
3. Inspection of coolant level
4. Engine pre-heater will be inspected for proper operation and correct heat output
5. Testing of all safety circuit parameters:
- High Engine Temperature
- Low Oil Pressure
6. Defective parts that would prevent the generator from operating correctly will be listed

Proponent must be familiar with CDC regulations and policies
Proponent must be familiar with Government Transactions
Proponent must submit Mayor’s/Business Permit, Philgeps Registration Number/Certificate, and Omnibus Sworn Statement.
