Work Description:
- Cutting of tables’ legs of at least 3-4 inches
- Painting of additional legs support matching the other existing paint of the tables’ legs
- Cutting of stool’s legs of at least 3-6 inches
- Place rubber stopper at the bottom of each legs of the tables and stools
- For room 207, 2 per table additional wooden support must be installed like in other tables

Proponent MUST conduct site visit to get proper measurement
Proponent must have a main office/satellite office in Region III
Proponent must complete the repair service within (60) Sixty Calendar Days upon Contract
Proponent must submit Omnibus Sworn Statement upon issuance of Notice of Award
Proponent must be familiar with CDC regulations and policies
Proponent must be familiar with Government Transactions
