1. The PSHS Central Luzon Campus, through the GAA 2020 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION PESOS (PHP 20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PSHSCLC_ADMINCOMPLETION2020REBID2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PSHS CLC now invites bids for Completion of Administration Building of PSHS Central Luzon Campus (Rebidding). Completion of the Works is required 210 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from PSHS CLC and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on January 28, 2020 to February 17, 2020 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php 25,000.00
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
6. The PSHS CLC will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on February 5, 2020 (1:00 PM) at BAC Conference Room, Acad Bldg I, PSHS-CLC which shall be open to prospective bidders.
7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before February 17, 2020 (9:00 AM). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bid opening shall be on February 17, 2020 (9:01 AM) at BAC Conference Room, Acad Bldg I, PSHS-CLC. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
8. The PSHS CLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.

The PSHS Central Luzon Campus, through the NEP 2020 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and 88/100 (Php 2,233,235.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision for Security Services CY 2020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PSHS CLC now invites bids for Provision for Security Services CY 2020. Delivery of the Goods (Security Services) is required for one (1) year starting January 1, 2020. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Pisay-CLC promotes Statistical Literacy
To provide wider understanding and appreciation of statistics to various sectors, Philippine Science High School- Central Luzon Campus holds the first ever PISAYStatiska, a workshop-competition on Statistical Data Infographics, October 23 at Royce Hotel & Casino, Clark Freeport, Pampanga.29 participating elementary schools in Region 3 attended the said workshop-competition that aims to promote the culture of excellence among the youth in analyzing and presenting statistical data.
Dr. Helen E. Caitic, keynote speaker, pointed out the importance statistics as a unique way to identify societal problems to avoid misuse fabrication of lies. She also emphasized the importance of statistics in our daily lives by developing critical minds and statistical literacy among the students.
“This event helps us to simplify the complicated concepts of statistics in objective decisionl making utilize the skills to a younger audience,” said Jamie Villar, Grade 9 student.
Various programs were conducted such as seminar on the importance of statistical literacy, statistical infographics making competition and Math, Probabality and Statisticd Quiz Contest.
According to Ms. Glaiza T. Manaloto, head event organizer, said the seminar is an avenue of empowering Pisay students to understand and appreciate better statistics in various contexts.
Moreover, Grade 9 students were also present in the event to further enhance their statistical literacy and competence. This event is made possible with the constant support of Pisay-CLC faculty, staff and Math club officers.
Hence, this event coincides with the 30th celebration of National Statistics Month with this year’s theme Data Innovation:Key to a Better Nation.
