  1. Minimum requirements for the eligibility component of the proposals must include the documents listed in the checklist attached in this invitation.

 

  1. The PSHS-CLC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to annul the negotiation process, and to reject all proposal at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
