𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲
Having successfully passed the first and second assessments of a record-breaking number of submissions, Riley’s essay under the Economics Category of the contest has now been submitted for a third reading by senior academics at Oxford and Cambridge who will recommend to the Board of Examiners which essays should be awarded commendations and which essays should be selected for the category prizes and the overall Grand Prize. Among the 19,000 candidates from across the globe, Riley is still in the run for the John Locke 2023 Global Essay Prize.
