Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC) wishes to invite proponent for the Procurement for the Provision of Preventive Maintenance Services of Airconditioning Units of PSHS-CLC with ABC of Three Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Pesos only in words and Php 348,100.00 in figures. GAA 2020

Scope of Works:
A. Quarterly preventive maintenance of air-conditioning units (3rd and 4th Quarter)
1. General cleaning of aircon units
2. General cleaning of evaporator and condensing units
3. General check-up all units and recommended repair and replace defective parts
4. Observe operation and check ampere reading
5. Check selector switch, thermostat control and magnetic contractors

B. Monthly preventive maintenance of air-conditioning units
1. Monthly check-up of aircon units
2. Monthly cleaning of filter cover
3. Check whole system cooling performance
4. Check drain line for possible clogging
5. Observe operation Quantity of Air-conditioning units

SPLIT TYPE 85 units Php 3,250.00/unit
FLOOR MOUNTED 9 units Php 3,250.00/unit
CEILING MOUNTED 12 units Php 3,250.00/unit

Proponent must conduct site inspection before submitting final quotation
Proponent must provide all necessary tools and equipment during the service
Proponent must be within Region III
Proponent must be familiar with CDC entry/exit pass policy
Contract will be based on the remaining months of FY 2020
