Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC) wishes to invite proponent for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Documentation and User’s Training of Classroom Management Solution Software with ABC of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos only in words and Php 330,000.00 in figures.

Details:
1 LOT SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, DOCUMENTATION AND USER’S TRAINING OF CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT SOLUTION SOFTWARE

*at least 200 perpetual licenses of the latest version
*manage log in / log out of PCs
*able to blank screens and lock mouse and KB
*automatically reconnect PCs if rebooted
*provides technical support toolbar on PCs
*can hand out and collect files from client PCs
*can transfer to single or multiple PCs at a time
*monitor entire class in a single view
*monitor application and internet usage
*able to force SafeSearch and has web filtering functionalities
*can show a student's screen to the rest of the class
*inclusive of 1-year maintenance if upgrades or updates arise
*with one-time training of at least 8 hours to at least 2 end-user participants inclusive of Certificate of Training and handouts/manuals for the training

Proponent must be familiar with CDC regulations and policies
Proponent must be familiar with government terms and transactions
