Scope of works:

Trimester Preventive Maintenance of Air-Conditioning Units
A. (Every Four Months)
1. General cleaning aircon units
2. General cleaning evaporator and condensing units
3. General checkup all units and recommended repair and replace defective parts
4. Observe operation and check ampere reading
5. Check selector switch, thermostat control and magnetic contactors

B. (Monthly)
1. Monthly check up aircon units
2. Monthly cleaning filter cover
3. Check whole system cooling performance
4. Check drain line for possible clogging
5. Observe operation

Proponent must conduct site inspection before submitting final quotation.
Proponent must provide all necessary tools and equipment during the service.
Proponent must be within Region III.
Proponent must be familiar with CDC entry/exit pass policy.
Proponent must submit Mayor’s/Business Permit, Philgeps Registration Number, Income/Business Tax Return and Omnibus Sworn Statement.
