Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC) wishes to invite proponent for the Procurement of the Semi-Annual General Cleaning and Disinfection of PSHS-CLC with ABC of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX only in words and Php 770,976.00 in figures. GAA 2021

Guard House and Guard Post with 10 sqm
Academic Building 1 (3 floors) with 1,748 sqm
2 Gazebos with 40 sqm
Academic Building 2 (3 floors) with 2,210 sqm
Academic Building 3 (3 floors) with 2,475 sqm
Residence Hall (3 floors) with 4,275 sqm

Schedule of Service:
1st Service – starts within May 2021
2nd Service – November 2021

Scope of Works:
For Cleaning Services:
1. Sweep/vacuum/mop and sanitize flooring
2. Vacuum carpeted floors
3. Mop/scub and sanitize lavatories
4. Clean kitchen surface
5. Wipe down/dust fixtures, appliances, closets and cabinets surfaces
6. Clean walls, window ledges and base boards

For Disinfection Services:
1. Steam Cleaning
Kills Germs on Hard Surfaces (Indoors). Uses dry steam at high temperature. Used for electronics such as PCs, Phones and other equipments.
2. Fumigation
Kills Airborne viruses and bacteria using high grade essential oils (tea tree oil) which possesses antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antifungal property
3. UV Disinfection
Kill or inactivate microorganisms by destroying nucleic acids and disrupting their DNA. To be used on closed Spaces.
4. Mist Blowing
Kills Germs on Hard Surfaces. Uses Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate (NaDCC) which is safe and an effective disinfectant. Proven to kill harmful microbacteria, viruses, bacteria, fungi and spores.
5. Disinfect and Sanitize Furnitures in rooms.

Estimated duration of the service:
16 Personnel Per day for 16 Days

Proponent must be familiar with government terms
Proponent must submit Eligibility Documents including PHILGEPS Registration.
