Scope of work:
Cutting down of tables' steel legs, leaving of atleast an inch from the existing measurements
Retouch paint, if needed
Rubber stopper at the end of the tables' legs should be replaced or retained
Cutting down of chairs' steel legs, atleast 6-10 inches cut
Retouch paint, if needed
Rubber stopper at the end of the chairs' legs should be replaced or retained 1 lot ₱84,105.00

Proponent must conduct the repair onsite at PSHS-CLC
Proponent must complete the repair service within (60) sixty calendar days
Proponent must be familiar with CDC regulations and policies
Proponent must be familiar with Government Transactions
