Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC) wishes to invite proponent for the Procurement for the Provision of External Quality Audit Service with ABC of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos only in words and Php 300,000.00 in figures. APP CODE: QMS-2021-001

(assess and audit the implementation of ISO 9001:2015)

Scope:
- Certification Audit & Issuance of ISO 9001:2015 with Certification valid for three years
(See attached Terms of Reference and Forms for details)



Proposals of Proponent will be evaluated based on the Quality-Cost Based Evaluation (QCBE)
Proponent must submit its eligibility documents
Proponent must submit their Technical Proposals & Financial Proposals with given forms in attached ing the Terms of Reference
Proponent must be familiar with Government Transactions.
