The agent is effective for extinguishing a fire because the clean agent chemically reacts with the ignition, fuel and oxygen in the fire to disrupt the chain reaction between them.

Details and specifications:
- ABC or Multi-Purpose Dry Chemical portable fire extinguisher is useful for Class A, B and C fires. These units can be used on wood, paper, cloth, trash, flammable liquids and energized electrical equipment. The dry chemical in the units is monoammonium phosphate. The powder chemical works differently to extinguish the various fires. It chemically insulates a Class A fire, smothers and breaks the chain reaction for a Class B fire and will not conduct electricity back to the operator in a Class C fire.

Scope of Works:
1. Cylinder cleaning and de-rusting
2. General Cleaning of valves and hose to remove clogs
3. Repainting, reconditioning, repair of valves assembly, pressure gauge and hose
4. Hydrostatic Testing
5. Pick-up and delivery from and to the original location/buildings
6. All fire extinguisher valves will be replaced with new settings, packing and spring to ensure leak proof valves
7. Recommend for parts that are subject for replacement if any
8. Service units to be provided during the period of the service
9. Provide warranty certificate for the refilled units including test results conducted as proof of service rendered and provide detailed service report as proof of completion

Warranty:
1 year warranty against inherent factory and mechanical defects provided that the seal is intact and not broken

TOTAL COST ₱327,220.00
