Scope of Services
1. Mobilization and demobilization
2. Perform Preventive Maintenance check-up and change oil service
3. Provide Vehicle and one servicing technician to conduct service
4. Rectify minor probles that can be repaired on site
5. Recommend for whatever parts that will be found defective
6. Provide Service Report as proof of service completion

Supply and replace the following:
- Fuel Filter
- Oil Filter
- FWS
- OF
- SK ZICX3000 15W40
- two (2) pcs Maintenance Free 2D N120L batteries

Preventive Maintenance Check-up of the 300KVA IVECO Cursor 9 TE1 Genset (Second Half of CY 2024) *after 6 months of first service 1 Services ₱20,000.00 ₱20,000.00
Scope of Works:
Scope of Services
1. Inspection of air filter for replacement if needed
2. Inspection of radiator for possible leaks
3. Inspection of coolant levels
4. Engine pre-heater will be inspected for proper operation and correct heat output
5. Testing of all safety circuit parameters:
- High Engine Temperature
-Low Oil Pressure
6. Overall check-up of the unit
7. Defective parts that would prevent the generator from operating correctly will be listed.
8. Provide Service Report as proof of service completion
TOTAL COST ₱95,000.00

Partial bid is not allowed.
Proponent must be familiar with CDC regulations and policies Proponent must be familiar with Government Transactions
Proponent must deliver the items within (30) thirty calendar days
