Proponent must provide a signed Quotation with break down on Labor with Materials
Proponent must provide submit Eligibility docs including PCAB license at least Small A with category Trade/E
The Winning Proponent will be subject to submit Performance Security and Warranty Security in accordance to R.A. 9184
The proponent must be familiar with CDC policies in entry / exit permits
The proponent must conduct Site Inspection in PSHS-CLC Academic Building 1
The proponent must be familiar with Government Transaction
