- The Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC), through the GA FY 2018 intends to apply the sum of Php 8,454,308.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each item. - The Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC) now invites bids for Item No. 1 High Speed Camera, Item No. 2 Acid Cleaning System, Item No. 3 Comprehensive Physics System Manual. Delivery of the Goods is required 60 calendar days upon Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
- Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183.
- Interested bidders may obtain further information from Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00am-5:00pm.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on June 2 to June 25, 2018 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB. The maximum fee for the Bidding Documents for each lot shall be based on its ABC, in accordance with the Guidelines issued by the GPPB; provided that the total fees for the Bidding Documents of all items shall not exceed the maximum fee prescribed in the Guidelines for the sum of the ABC of all items.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
- The Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on June 11, 2018 1:00PM at PSHSCLC BAC Conference Room for Pre-Bid Conference, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
- Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 9:00 AM June 25, 2018. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bid opening shall be on 9:01am June 25, 2018 at PSHSCLC BAC Conference Room. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
8.. The PSHSCLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.

Completion of Academic Building III Phase III for PSHS Central Luzon Campus, Lily Hill Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga (Rebidding)
- The PSHS - CLC, through the GAA FY 2018 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Eight Million Ninety-Five Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and Ten Centavos (Php 38,095,238.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Completion of Academic Building III Phase III of PSHS CLC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
- The PSHS - CLC now invites bids for Completion of Academic Building III Phase III of PSHS CLC (Rebidding). Completion of Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days . Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
- Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. - Interested bidders may obtain further information from PSHS – CLC and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00-5:00 PM.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on May 18, 2018 to June 11, 2018 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 25,000.00)

INVITATION TO BID
The Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus (PSHS-CLC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites contractors registered and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php 38,095,238.10
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Completion of the works is required 210 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.
Prospective bidder should possess a valid PCAB license (Category B) applicable to the contract, at the time of bid opening have completed a similar contract (completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids), and have key personnel and equipment listed in the Eligibility Forms available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

List of NCE 2017 Passers is Out
Hon. FORTUNATO DELA PEÑA, Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology and Chair of the PSHS System Board of Trustees, has announced the names of the Principal Qualifiers to the Philippine Science High School System (PSHSS) Search for Scholars for SY 2018-2019. Of the 26,600 applicants, 1,361 examinees successfully passed the screening conducted on October 21, 2017.
Qualifiers must IMMEDIATELY contact the Registrar or the Campus Director of the PSHS Campus they are qualified to enroll, or visit www.pshs.edu.ph or www.dost.gov.ph for more information about early enrolment. Deadline for slot confirmation/reservation of principal qualifiers is on January 15, 2018 for Main Campus qualifiers, and on February 2, 2018 for regional campus qualifiers. Specific schedule of other enrolment activities shall be announced by the respective campuses.
